When is the best time to visit Provincetown?

Provincetown is a welcoming LGBTQ+ destination year-round, but many shops, restaurants, and businesses close or operate on limited hours during the winter months. The town really comes alive from May through October, when the streets are bustling, the beaches are beautiful, and the community is full of visitors from around the world. Several popular women’s weekends take place throughout the season, including Memorial Day Weekend in May, Women of Color Weekend in June, Girl Splash in July, and the legendary Women’s Week in October. Each offers its own unique vibe, but all celebrate community, connection, and the joy of being in Ptown. 🌈
